Software tools developed by Zellmechanik Dresden enable visualization and analysis of datasets generated in label-free cell analysis and real-time deformability cytometry (RT-DC) experiments.
These tools allow researchers to explore single-cell datasets, inspect individual cell images and analyze mechanical and morphological cell parameters.
Shape-Out 2 is the current software for analyzing RT-DC datasets. It enables visualization of cell populations, interactive gating and inspection of individual cell images within large single-cell datasets.
The software is available for Windows and macOS.

Shape-Out 3 (upcoming)
The next generation of our analysis software, Shape-Out 3, is currently under development.
It will provide improved performance and a streamlined workflow for exploring large datasets generated in label-free cell analysis experiments.
